We bake our cookies to make you happy, therefore if you’re ever disappointed with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
Store Purchase:
You have 30 calendar days from the date of the receipt of your cookies to request a cash refund for your cost of your purchase -for any reason.
Please call us at (800) 873-5957 or email: bart@bartsbakery.com with your request along with the reason that you requesting a refund.
At the time of your request, please provide
#1: a photograph of your purchased box of cookies, with the product code imprint (located on the right side panel of the box) visible in the photo.
#2:please provide the reason for your refund request
#3: Please provide proof of purchase in the form of your Bart & Judy’s purchase receipt number or a printed store ,receipt.
You may simply email a photograph of your store receipt. Please also provide a photograph of your driver’s license, or other proof of identity.
If you would like to mail your refund request, please enclose your store receipt, the right, side panel (the side panel with the product code imprint) along with your name, address, city, state and zip code and photocopy proof your identity.
Refunds
Once we receive your request and purchase receipt, we will immediately initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
Subscriptions:
Please call us at (800) 873-5957 or email: bart@bartsbakery.com to cancel. You may cancel anytime after your last shipment. You will always speak to a real person during business hours 8am to 4pm PST Mon-Thursday.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
